About us

Your Online Pharmacy is a trading name of Consult-Meds Ltd (company no. 16525025), an NHS distance selling pharmacy. We provide our services at a distance and do not offer face-to-face services at our premises.

Using this website

• The information on this site is provided for general guidance and does not replace advice from a healthcare professional.
• You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us or complete a form.
• You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false information.

Our services

All clinical services are provided in line with NHS requirements and our professional obligations as a registered pharmacy. Any treatment is provided only where it is clinically appropriate, at the discretion of our pharmacist. We may decline to provide a service where it would not be safe or appropriate to do so.

Prescriptions and delivery

Where we dispense NHS prescriptions, normal NHS prescription charges apply unless you are exempt. We will arrange delivery of medicines to the address you give us; please make sure someone is able to receive them.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The content, branding and design of this site belong to Consult-Meds Ltd unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
