We want to hear from you if something has gone wrong — and to put it right.

We aim to provide a high standard of care. If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please tell us so we can look into it and put things right.
How to complain
You can raise a concern in whichever way is easiest for you:

Please give us your name, contact details and as much detail as you can about what happened.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
- We will look into it fully and aim to give you a full response within 20 working days. If it will take longer, we will keep you updated.
- Complaints are overseen by our Superintendent Pharmacist, Abid Malluk.
If you are still unhappy
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can contact:
- NHS complaints — for NHS services, you can complain to NHS England or your local Integrated Care Board. See how to complain to the NHS.
- The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman — ombudsman.org.uk.
- General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) — the pharmacy regulator, at pharmacyregulation.org.
