Your Online Pharmacy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults at risk. Everyone has the right to be safe and to be treated with dignity and respect.

Our commitment

  • Our team is aware of their responsibilities to recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns.
  • We act in line with local safeguarding board procedures and NHS safeguarding guidance.
  • We handle any concern sensitively and share information only where it is necessary and lawful to protect someone from harm.

Raising a concern

If you are worried that a child or adult is at risk of harm, please contact us on 01204 962333 or email info@youronlinepharmacy.uk, and ask to speak to our Superintendent Pharmacist.
